This truck is a later derivative of ASF’s Vulcan design, featuring their “ride control” bolster and spring package. It was used on several SAL orders, including P-9 dry rock phosphate hoppers 58675-58974, 59175-59274, & 59275-59474; and wet rock phosphate hoppers 56800-56899, 56900-57199 & 57800-57899. HO scale.
