PCMP products are intended for adult model railroaders, and due to their size, should be kept out of reach of small children.

PCMP is not a full-time job, but rather a hobby venture. Please be patient and we will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

A few items are marked as being printed on demand. This is generally complete within 1-5 days of receiving the order. A very small number of items, such as S-scale trucks, also depend on parts from an external vendor. We will do our best to be prepared to produce these at all times, but a large order may require patience as we obtain more supplies.

Some products include extra pieces as insurance against damage or loss by the customer. Everything is inspected for errors at the time of manufacture, but if a product is found to be missing pieces, defective, or damaged, please contact us at any time for parts, replacement, or return at no cost. Our goal is your satisfaction.

Unused products may be returned within (30) days of delivery. Returns due to reasons other than missing pieces or defective/damaged parts may be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense, with a refund of the item’s price upon our receipt of the return.

All orders will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified. International orders may be subject to duties and customs in the receiving country, to be paid by the customer.
